Power Monitoring Expert (PME) - Report Measurements Show Blank
Issue:
When trying to run a saved report or create a new one, the "Select Measurements" measurement selector shows as blank. Example of the issue below:
There may be no errors present in the system log when this times out. As a test, go to the Logs for a device within the Diagrams of the Web Applications. Click on the log to see if it fails with an error "Unable to process request...check the system log for details." In the system log, check if this message is present:

- Navigate to the Power Monitoring Expert root folder found in the path ...Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert (such as
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert) - Navigate to the
...\system\etcfolder within this path - Find the IonNames.en.resx file and copy it onto the desktop
- Rename the copied file on the desktop to IonNames.en-US.resx
- Paste it into the
...\system\etcfolder - Restart IIS by running Command Prompt as administrator and running the command
iisreset
