Issue:
There's a need to know how to reset a lost password.

Product Line:
NetShelter SX, NetShelter VX

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
The password is lost and needs to be reset.

Resolution:
To reset the password press: Setup -- System -- System Password -- use the 5th through 12th digits of the serial number.
