What is the short time withstand current ( Icw ) for MCCB of type NSX ?
We have no Icw (rated short-time withstand current) values for the NSX up to 630A. These devices have an utilization category A according to IEC 60947-2 standards which means that they are not specifically intended for selectivity under short-circuit conditions with respect to other short-circuit protective devices in series on the load side. They are without an intentional short-time delay provided for selectivity under short-circuit conditions and therefore without a short-time withstand current rating. According to IEC 60947-2 Icw exists only for category B circuit breakers and switch disconnectors.
