IEC61850 is the protocol and IEC61850-1 is classified as one of the standards for this protocol.
We do not have IEC 61850 driver available but as a solution we can integrate device as below :-
1) Use third party gateway IEC 61850 to modbus TCPIP /Modbus serial or any other hardware gateway for which protocol is supported in Vijeo Citect.
2) Else use OPCserver.
