The problem of over loading observed may be due to any of below reasons:
- If it is a screw extruder, there may be extrusion material struck in the screw, which can cause over loading, if so the same to be cleaned before re-starting the screw extruder.
- There is a possibility of jamming or damage of gears or bearing jamming in gear box, which can also cause over loading.
- If it is a new drive under installation and you are facing problem, it may be due to inadequate drive rating selection.
