Yes, Unity Pro and UAG have separate licenses.
During installation of UAG, it detects the existing Unity Pro versions on your PC/Laptop and it will install the compliant DLLs and Function Blocks accordingly. That is the reason it is recommended to install UAG after installation of Unity Pro on the PC/Laptop.
