What is the meaning of non tripping time in short time protection fixed time delay and instantaneous in micrologic 2 ?
Please note that if the current exceeds the pick up current, the non tripping time is the time of the micrologic unit that will not respond below it

i.e , if we have a fault current value which exceeds the pick up current  so the micrologic trip unit will not be able to respond in a duration less than the non tripping time.

but to be noted that in case of reflex tripping , the breaker mechanism will takes the protection action
