The ATS48 has 3 output relays, 2 of them are programmable (R1 & R3) thus can be configured, While R2 is assigned as end of starting relay to control the bypass contactor, it can not be configured
It is automatically activated when the motor complete the starting phase & no faults are present, it is deactivated when a stop command is sent & in the event of a fault.
To enable the function or disable it, this is done only by the wiring & R2 is already configured to do the function.
