If a user Forget password for Twido configuration, there is no Master password to break the old forgotten password.
Is it a password in the application file ? in this case Could you send me your application (XAR file or TWD file).
If the password is loss and if you have not a copy of the program, it is not possible to recover the program.
Other solution: visualize the code (for example print it) and write into a new twido application manually
