You are using a very old version of Zelio Soft , this version does not support Window 7/8 .
Please note that you need to download the V4.6.0 of ZelioSoft software from the following link:

Further after downloading and installing this software , you will need to install the driver for the Cable SR2USB01 .
The cable driver based on the Operating System Windows 7 ; 32bit or 64bits if the software is saved at the following default location:
C:\Program Files\Schneider Electric\Zelio Soft 2\DriverUSB.
The procedure to install the 64 bit driver is also explained in one of the PDF help file on this location.
