Description of Error

Please try to run the Somove as an adminstrator, if the problem still persist, Please do the following:
- Uninstall the Somove software & the Altivar DTM libraries, Kindly find attached the procedure to do this
Also find the Somove cleaner exe
- Restart the computer & re-install the Somove
