Communication Error between SoMove 2.0 and Altivar 71 and Cannot Store Data to device, What's the problem?

Description of Error
Somove.V_2.0 software for communicating altivar 71 drive but some times its goes to error mode and we cannot store datas to device ,fault message follows ,what we can do for fix these issues OEMFDTContainer.Runtime.Exceptions.DTMDataReadException: Write of single instance data failed! ---> System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. Please try to run the Somove as an adminstrator, if the problem still persist, Please do the following: 
- Uninstall the Somove software & the Altivar DTM libraries, Kindly find attached the procedure to do this 
Also find the Somove cleaner exe 
- Restart the computer & re-install the Somove
