To connect to the relay, please follow the below steps
1- Install the suitable data model in your laptop by using data model manager software ( i attached also the procedure to do it )
2- Use a USB to DB9 cable or DB9 male to DB9 female cable.
3-Double check that all parameters connection are matched such us ( port , baud rate , device address as showing in the attached photo )
