How does display unit of energy changes on meter display in PM2230 energy meter ?

Pm2230 has a 5 digit display for energy parameters.

After 9999.0 wh the units changes to 10.000 Kwh and after 999.99 Kwh the scale changes to 1.0000 Mwh
