For Conext Combox B13093968 what is user name and password?

Please find the default user name and password for the Combox to log in.

Logging in as an Administrator:
Username: admin
Password: password

Logging in as a User:
Username: user
Password: user

There are two ways to log in to the ComBox. The first way is to log in as an Administrator and the second way is to log in as a User. When the customer logs in as an Administrator, he/she will be able to change settings of the Xanbus connected devices. When the customer connects as a User, he/she will only be able to monitor the devices.

If you have changed the password,

1. Recovering the admin Password: You can follow the step by step procedure provided in page 3-6 for "Recovering the Admin Pasword". You must have the connext Combox e-mail setting configured and connected to internet for the feature to work.
2. Reset to Factory default : You can follow the step by step procedure provided in page 3-30 for "Resetting Connext Combox to factory setting".
