The public variables of a DFB can be modified by program or with animation tables. When reloading programs, these public variables return to the initialization values defined in the DFB editor. To retain the modified values, the S box of the variables concerned must be checked (in the DFB editor) and system bit %S94 set to 1. The public variables are then saved.
