Customer is experiencing an INFb [Internal Error 11] fault on an ATV340 series drive.

Cause:
The internal drive thermal sensor is not operating correctly.

Resolution:
Cycle power to clear the fault.  If the fault returns, contact your local Schneider Electric representative.
