The wear of contacts is calculated as a function of the current cut by the control Unit at the moment of opening the circuit-breaker. The characteristics that are taken in consideration are the breaker mechanical and electrical durability, as well as, the Ics current (these data are configured during the Local Adaptation set up of the breaker).
