Use Constant attribute variable instead of %KW in the scope of process variables of M580 safety projects

1. Issue

Initial values of %KW<i> could be lost when opening archive (*.STA) or uploading project from PLC to PC.
The loss of the initial values for %KW<i> occurs only in the scope of process variables of M580 safety projects.
2. Product Line

Unity Pro V13.0, V13.1, EcoStruxure Control Expert V14.0, V14.1
3. Resolution
The workaround is to use Constant attribute of unlocated variables instead of the %KW<i> format.

The correction is brought in EcoStruxure Control Expert V14.1 with the installation of ControlExpert_V141_HF1 + ControlExpert_V141_HF0586008R hot fixes.

This unexpected behaviour will be resolved in EcoStruxure Control Expert V15.0.
