MICOM P241 relay restarted automatically and could not see any alarm on the HMI .What might be the reason ?
This behavior may be temporary fault detected by the permanent autocontrol of the relay and which required a power off then restart of your relay
to either repair the error or block the relay in case of permanent error.

The equipment executes a permanent self-check. If an error is detected, an error message is displayed, a maintenance record is logged and the equipment resets (after a delay of 1.6 seconds).

If the problem is permanent - for example due to a hardware failure - this is usually detected during the power-on sequence, after which the device displays an error message and stopped working.

If the problem is fleeting, the equipment resets properly and continues to operate. The nature of the detected failure can be known by examining the maintenance record.

Here the continuous self-checks revealed a difference between the code stored in the FLASH memory and that stored in the SRAM memory.
Then the relay restarted and the program was copied back to the SRAM with a new control. If there is no new error code, the relay is considered operational,
otherwise it will permanently hang to indicate a hardware failure or failure.

However if you feel device is mal operating or needs further investigation ,please send the system file (.studioarch) with setting ,PSL, events & DR to local customer care to support further.
