Issue:
Compatibility between SmartX IP controller devices firmware and EBO software version.

Resolution:
The SmartX IP controller devices shipped from the factory may not have the latest firmware installed. It is essential to verify that the controller has the latest firmware build loaded for the EcoStruxure Building Operation "EBO" version build being used before programming the controller. The below table contain the supported SmartX IP controller devices firmware for each EBO release.
* New v3.2 features are not supported when used with EBO v3.1.x.
Note: RP-C is only supported on EBO 3.0 and later
