How to get the firmware file for SmartX sensors and upload it to sensors?
Product Line:
EcoStruxure Building Operation, SmartX living space sensors.
Resolution:
The SmartX Sensor firmware is upgraded automatically as needed after the host controller firmware is upgraded. It can be verified in the properties of the Room unit device as shown below or on in the Device Report.
WARNING: SmartX IP controllers update the SmartX Sensor firmware in the background after the upgrade process seems to be complete as viewed in the Firmware Upgrade Viewer. It can take several minutes per SmartX Sensor to transfer files and restart them. During this time, SmartX Sensor may appear offline and sensor data will be unavailable.
