How to reset the password to default or no password program for Easergy Studio?
Issue :
Easergy Studio password reset

Environment/Product line:
Micom relays

Resolution :
Please uninstall the Easergy Studio installed previously (please retain the data models and project files) and install again
with the installer file saved on your PC (not in the memory key or external hard disk).

Please run the installation file as Administrator(run as Administration) and English language.

In case that does not work, please write the email to our customer care with the snap shot of the error and device details to investigate further .
