Can we use VAM 4C (current I/O unit) as a stand alone over current protection relay?

Using VAM 4C as a stand alone over current relay without being connected to VAMP 321.

Resolution:
VAM 4C can not be used as a stand alone over current protection relay. VAM 4C is a Modbus slave that always requires a master.
