Issue:
Configured PowerChute Network Shutdown to run an SSH script and it fails to run and records error (java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1).

Cause:
Wrong encoding select for the script text file.
Solution:
PowerChute Network Shutdown will support text file encoding UTF-8. Save the text file with the required encoding, and PowerChute will trigger it.
