Why the BMENOC03x1 detects a duplicate address behind an ARP proxy
Proxy ARP simulates routing on the same IP network.
When the BMENOC03x1 module sends an ARP request to know the IP address of the destination equipment, the IP addresses of the equipment as well as their fictitious addresses will be circulated (see operation of ARP proxy).
As the BMENOC03x1 is not APR proxy compatible, when it will have to establish the link of 2 MAC addresses and an IP address into his ARP table, the NOC will declare that there is a duplicate IP address and the communication will not be established.
