How do I resolve RemoteConnect System Status Code 3010 or 3011?
Solution:
  • For Status Code error 3011, it corresponds to: "The object for storing status information about a 6000 series I/O module could not be found." Similarly, Status Code 3010 corresponds to a 5000 series I/O module error.
  • The I/O Configuration page shows a Status Object for a module (PIO_SP474_Status in the image below), but the Object isn't appearing in the Object Configuration table.
To Re-Synchronize the Status Object:
  1. Go to Configuration > Physical I/O > Local and highlight the module with the affected missing Object.
  2. Select Clear Status Objectimage.png
  3. Make sure the box is checked, then press Yes to conform, then Applyimage.png
  4. Replace the module's Status Object with the Add Status Object button and create an Object Association with a new object or an existing object.image.png
  5. Apply the changes to the database.
  6. Verify that all of the Status Objects appearing in your I/O Configuration are appearing in the object database. Repeat Steps 1-5 for any additional modules that are missing their status objects in the database.
