What is an INF27 (internal error 27) on an ATV630 drive?

Principle:	The selftest of the internal CPLD has detected an error.
Probable cause:	Internal CPLD error
Remedies:	Remove any existing connections made on the VFD 24V supply terminal. Power cycle VFD. If applicable, update firmware of the VFD to the latest version.
Possible causes	The communication cable connected to the Modbus port, or any other fieldbus port has been damaged (Example: Modbus Cable to the HMI or door mounting kit) - Disconnect the cable and check if the error disappears.
