PowerChute Serial Shutdown version 1.3
Communications are not established after disconnecting and reconnecting the UPS from the Server.

All supported Linux OS running PowerChute Serial Shutdown.
Solution:
For PowerChute Serial Shutdown version 1.3
If communications are not established after disconnecting and reconnecting the UPS, then restart the daemon or the Operating System. The daemon can be stopped with one of the following commands (OS dependent):
/etc/init.d/PBEAgent stop
service pbeagent stop
systemctl stop PBEAgent
And started again with one of the following:
/etc/init.d/PBEAgent start
service pbeagent start
systemctl start PBEAgent

If communications are not established after installation, disconnect all USB devices. Re-connect the UPS first, then other USB devices.
/etc/init.d/PBEAgent stop
service pbeagent stop
systemctl stop PBEAgent
And started again with one of the following:
/etc/init.d/PBEAgent start
service pbeagent start
systemctl start PBEAgent

If communications are not established after installation, disconnect all USB devices. Re-connect the UPS first, then other USB devices.
