Who supports the IMC card used in Altivar drives?

Support for IMC cards.

Product line:
IMC card, PLC card, VW3A3521S0

Cause:
Out of date firmware.

Resolution:
The IMC card can only be programmed via SoMachine.  Contact the Automation Technical Support team at 800-468-5342.
