Rope pull switches XY2C - How to mount the dia 5mm cable into the XY2CZ513 double cable clamp?
Test made to mount the dia 5mm cable inside the XY2CZ513 double cable clamp.
With the red sheath, it is not easy or impossible. See attached picture showing the result : with sheath, you have to force with pliers and damage sheath; without red sheath, no problem. So trick is to mount to dia 5mm cable without the sheath, like indicated into the XY2CJ instruction sheet for the fast tensioner (accessory). Please note that the dia 5mm cable with red sheath = 5.2mm. This is the reason why you cannot mount it easily without the sheath stripping
