Issue:
One of the prerequisites for running the Branch Circuit Add-On Reports in PME4DC is to have the correct hierarchy successfully loaded and configured.

Cause:
The Branch Circuit Power Report and the Branch Circuit Energy Report only supports specific hierarchies. When an unsupported hierarchy template is installed, the reports will not render any data.
Resolution:
It only supports the 2 hierarchies that are shipped with PME4DC i.e. either the 2 level customer/circuit or 3 level customer/rack/circuit. These templates are located in the ...\Power Monitoring Expert DC Ed\Applications\HierarchyManager\SampleTemplates\DataCenter folder. It will not support any other hierarchy templates.
