In the XCSDM37 or XCSDM48 magnetic systems catalogue pages (characteristics), "activation delay" of 100ms means "delay response" of the system (time between magnet detection and output activation), or "risk time" (opposite situation) used in the safety distance calculation. 100ms is the worse case for the product.
