Modbus TCP Support for SCL500RM1UC and SCL500RMI1UC UPS Models

Issue: Do the SCL500RM1UC and SCL500RMI1UC UPS models support Modbus TCP?

Product Line: SCL500RM1UC and SCL500RMI1UC with SmartConnect port

Resolution:

The SCL500RM1UC and SCL500RMI1UC UPS models do not support Modbus TCP.

The User Manual of these units indicate a "Modbus TCP control" selector switch, and the switch is also present on the actual UPS. Although the switch has been retained structurally, it is not connected to the UPS circuit and is not utilized.
