PME - Error "Could not find a configurable label value for configLabel=2000 configLabelHandle=166723596 IONHandle=254143233"

Issue:
"Could not find a configurable label value..." error are flooding system log. Although we have added the configlabel in the PM5300 driver file, new errors keep appearing as additional configlabels are added, as shown in the system log.
Cause:
It has been identified that both a PM5300 and a PM700 had the same ID (or any of the two meters).
Proposed Solution:
Disable the duplicate, the warnings and errors seem to have disappeared.
