Time sync from PME to TransferPact Active Automatic, EM3570 device causing 1 hr difference in timestamp

Environment:

Power Monitoring Expert 2023, 2024, 2024R2

Description of the issue:

  1. Connect a TransferPact Active Automatic or EM3570 in the Management Console.
  2. Check the time sync with PME.

Workaround:

  1. Open the .XML file for that device type, either from the config\translator folder if using a modified file or from the system\translator folder.
  2. Change the DeviceTimeLocale to "Local" in the XML file as shown in the attached screenshot below.
  3. Restart the ION Network Router service.
