Schneider Electric appoints Rhonda Doyle as Country President of Ireland

• Former VP Customer Operations in the UK and Ireland will lead the Irish business

• Brings extensive expertise across Operations and Services to drive market expansion 

• Aims to leverage Schneider’s portfolio to support customers and address Ireland’s energy challenges

Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has appointed Rhonda Doyle as Country President of Ireland with effect from 1st June 2025.

Rhonda will be taking over from Chris Collins, who becomes Senior Vice President of Digital Buildings in the U.S. on 1st July 2025. Based in Dublin, Rhonda will play a vital role in scaling growth for Schneider Electric Ireland by leveraging the company’s broad portfolio of products and services.

Rhonda joined Schneider Electric in 2021. A seasoned business leader in the Irish market, Rhondamost recently held the post of Vice President of Customer Operations in the UK and Ireland, where she led customer care, satisfaction, and quality, business systems, the project management office, and strategies to transform digital experiences for customers. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director of Field Service Operations, gaining valuable experience in the company’s Services division. Rhonda has been instrumental in driving success since joining the company, transforming internal processes, improving performance and service delivery, and fostering strong customer relationships.

    Rhonda Doyle was appointed Country President Ireland in April 2025, before which she was VP of Customer Operations UK&I. In that role, she led customer care, satisfaction and quality, business systems, business tendering and project management, alongside developing new strategies to transform end-to-end customer digital experiences. As Country President Ireland, Rhonda leads Schneider’s overall business in the country and is responsible for scaling growth by leveraging the company’s broad portfolio of products and services Prior to this, Rhonda served as Senior Director of Field Service Operations. During that time, she played an integral role in growing the services side of the business to support customers’ digitalisation and sustainability strategies. She was also instrumental in transforming internal processes, improving performance and service delivery, while helping projects to scale and meet customer requirements. Rhonda joined Schneider Electric in January 2021 as Director of Operations, Services and Projects having previously spent 17 years at eBay. She is particularly passionate about supporting women accelerate in the business and promoting diversity in the workplace and in STEM leadership roles specifically. Rhonda also supports Technical University Dublin with mentoring and an annual corporate-funded scholarship to help female students get into STEM careers. She is also a WMB Gender Diversity Ambassador. In 2022 Rhonda received the overall Businesswoman Award at the Women Mean Business conference. Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a master’s degree in Business Administration at Dublin City University and is currently a volunteer at TU Dublin.
