Country President for Ireland, Schneider Electric UK & Ireland
Kelly is responsible for delivering Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure™ product and software offering to the Irish market, targeting the data centre & networks, residential, healthcare and service segments. She defines the country’s strategy alongside the Schneider Electric UK & Ireland senior management team and overseas the commercial performance across all business units.
Kelly has been at Schneider Electric for more than nine years, working across multiple business units and bringing a variety of experience with her to the role. Formerly the VP of the Power Solutions Division in the US, Kelly began her career at Schneider Electric as Director of Strategy and Business Development.
Kelly is passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion in the Irish tech and industry sectors, including through her work as a mentor for the ESTEeM project run by Technical University Dublin. As the lead of Irish operations, she also oversees The Schneider Electric scholarship for female students of electrical engineering, which aims to encourage more women into STEM careers.

Vice President, Secure Power Division, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Marc Garner is the Vice President of Schneider Electric’s Secure Power Division in the UK and Ireland. In his role, Marc is responsible for leading a team of expert power professionals to support customers in data centres, server rooms, edge computing and mission-critical environments.
Marc is a 15 -year veteran of Schneider Electric having joined the company’s graduate training program after graduating from the University of Sunderland with an Honours Degree in Business Administration.
Marc has enjoyed a successful career at Schneider Electric in sales, marketing and leadership roles; achieving double digit year-on-year growth in his first position as a regional sales engineer and maintaining that level of performance to build a strong track record as National Sales Manager for the company’s Cable Management business and as National Sales Director for the Low Voltage business.
Marc is passionate about sustainability, people development and a customer-first approach to service. As lead of the UK’s Secure Power Division, he strongly believes in empowering and developing diverse teams to offer a breadth of skills, support and expertise to customers and partners.

Vice President of Power Systems, Schneider Electric UK & Ireland
David joined Schneider Electric in 2017 as Vice President of the Power Systems business unit across UK & Ireland. Formerly the Managing Director for Business Energy at ENGIE, David brings a wealth of experience in renewable electricity generation, energy management and energy efficiency to the role at Schneider. Prior to this he held senior leadership roles within SSE, EON, Severn Trent Water, AES and RWE Npower.
David is an electrical and electronics engineer and has spent much of his career operating in sales and marketing, business development, customer service and project management roles across manufacturing, retail, service and engineering sectors. Throughout this period, he has led businesses operating within the Residential, SME and Corporate segments.
David is passionate about cutting-edge green technology enabling the shift to a more sustainable and efficient energy landscape, in particular renewable generation, EVs, electric rail and shore-to-ship electric charging. He oversees the product development and roll out of SF6-free technologies for the UK market.

During his more than 20 years with Schneider Electric Mike has had a diverse international career. He currently heads up the Schneider Electric business in the UK and Ireland, with responsibility for the operations of the Group within the Zone. In his previous roles he led the global strategic accounts, commercial organisation of the group and prior to that he managed the secure power and datacenter business in EMEA. Earlier in his career he led the Industrial automation business Unit in China and headed up the Schneider Electric business in Taiwan. Mike started his career in the Industrial motion control and automation business out of the black forest in Germany. Prior to that, Mike studied Electronics and Telecommunications at DIT in Dublin and holds an MBA from Kingston University in London.
Mike believes that technology is key to delivering efficiency, unleashing sustainable growth, supporting innovation and reducing environmental impact. We currently face an energy dilemma. Our world is rapidly becoming digitised and electrified whilst power generation is increasingly unpredictable, fragmented and complex. He believes technology has the potential to help us solve the challenge ahead, delivering more power from clean energy sources whilst simultaneously increasing energy efficiency.

Vice President of Digital Energy, Schneider Electric UK & Ireland
Kas has been with Schneider Electric for over a decade now, taking up the role of Vice President of Digital Energy, UK&I in March of 2020. Prior to joining Schneider he attended the University of Derby, where he received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology. At the start of his Schneider career, Kas worked in sales, before becoming BEMS Product and Marketing Director. Most recently, he worked for two years as the Midlands Regional Director.
Kas is passionate and committed to transforming and decarbonising buildings, whether new or old, with smart, sustainable solutions across energy generation, power, IoT and building services.
He believes that smart buildings are not only more comfortable and sustainable - but they also help to ensure that the most rigorous safety and health standards are being maintained and improve business performance through unlocking productivity and improving the employee value proposition.

Vice President of Industrial Automation, Schneider Electric UK & Ireland
Martin has worked in the automation supply industry for over 30 years, joining Schneider Electric in 2015 as Vice President of Industrial Automation across UK and Ireland. Throughout the years, Martin has driven the adoption of the latest robotics and autonomous systems, control and information solutions through both commercial and trade association roles. He is currently responsible for Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure automation offer for Smart Machines and Factories and for Industrial Market Segments having had previous roles with Honeywell, Rockwell and ABB Robotics.
Martin believes that the technologies of the 4th Industrial revolution will help reinforce the agility, efficiency, and resiliency of our industries. An acceleration of digital and industrial IIoT solutions will not only make remote and predictive maintenance a reality, but are also at the core of the net zero carbon sustainability drive.
Martin was sponsored through university and trained as a control systems engineer and since 2008, has also been Chairman of the Engineering and Machinery Alliance (EAMA) an umbrella trade association representing circa 2,000 companies across the mechanical and electronic engineering space.

Vice President of Home and Distribution, Schneider Electric UK & Ireland
Nico has worked at Schneider Electric for over 12 years, taking up the role of Vice President of Home & Distribution in 2019. Throughout the years, Nico has been in charge of Schneider Electric’s Channel Development for Europe, playing a vital role in formulating and leading strategic transformational projects.
Nico is currently responsible for ensuring that Schneider Electric’s portfolio of smart devices, sensors and energy management solutions are front of mind with electricians, home builders and contractors. Nico brings his ability to create high performing teams, enable business transformation and encourage entrepreneurial thinking to his role. With all homes becoming increasingly connected and the spotlight on the inefficiencies of UK housing stock becoming a great focus in the battle to halt climate change, Nico believes that smart technologies such as Wiser will have a large role to play in creating truly connected and efficient homes.
