Vice President, Customer Operations, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Denise Banister leads the Customer Operations team in the UK&I, tasked with holistically and continually improving customer satisfaction across the region. Fundamentally, the team resolves and prevents quality issues and ensures the highest possible service and standards through digital enablement.
Denise has worked in multiple customer advocacy and digitalisation roles, spanning across three continents and six sectors, including banking, media, biotech and manufacturing. Before starting in her current role at Schneider Electric in November of 2019, she worked as Head of Business Excellence at Vodaphone Ireland, where she drove the company to become more digital to help surpass customer expectations. Prior to Vodafone, Denise spent 12 years at Getty, again overseeing the business’s transition from an analogue to a digital business.
Denise believes that digitalisation is fundamental to the overall success of any business, and that it plays a critical role in customer support and operations. While at Schneider Electric, she has been at the forefront of pushing the business to become more customer centric and ensure customers and partners can fully realise the sustainability benefits of Schneider solutions.

Kelly has spent many years leading Schneider Electric’s business across the globe and is currently responsible for all operations within the UK and Ireland. Most recently, Kelly has also held the role of Schneider Electric Country President, Ireland and Vice-President of the Power Solutions Division in the US.
During her experience, Kelly has led many Schneider functions across the globe with a strong focus on strategy and business execution. During her time in the US, Kelly led strategy and business development for Schneider’s $4B Partner Business with a focus on strategic growth and breakthrough initiatives, market and geographic expansions and internal start-ups.
She has held previous roles with Danaher Corporation and TAC/Schneider Electric selling complex energy management infrastructure projects to K-12 Schools and Universities in Texas, Illinois and New Mexico.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and public relations from Texas Christian University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
She is currently a member of CBI's Energy and Climate Change Board, has a seat in BEAMA's Senior Sector Council and serves on the Leadership Advisory Board for the Darden School of Business.

Chris leads Schneider Electric’s business in Ireland. He plays a vital role in directing the next phase of growth and strategy in the country, reporting to Kelly Becker, Zone President UK & Ireland.
He began his career working in engineering and operations roles with field services teams in Siemens and TFC Automation. He joined Schneider Electric as a Business Development Manager in 2003 and was responsible for building automation and security products in the North East region of the US. Over the past seventeen years, he has held several roles, including senior board-level positions at Schneider Electric and is a seasoned business leader, having overseen Schneider’s smart buildings business, covering both the commercial and residential sectors in the US. Prior to taking on his current role in April 2021, he was Vice President of Systems Transformation, Digital Energy in the US.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MBA, Business Administration, Management and Operations from Loyola University Maryland. Chris is a Director of the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce Council and sits on the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland Infrastructure Taskforce.

Head of Government Affairs, M&A and Innovation, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Greg has had a 20+ year career at Schneider Electric through its acquisition of Invensys. Most recently recruited to join the UK team as head of strategy and now head of Government Affairs, M&A and Innovation.
Prior to this, Greg was head of scenario planning for Group Strategy in the wake of the unforeseen results of the Brexit election and before that, SVP of Strategy for the company’s Industry Business. Greg joined Schneider Electric in 2014 through the acquisition of Invensys. Prior to the acquisition he was head of global business development for the Invensys systems business, chief of staff to the last Invensys CEO and a leader on the integration of the company into Schneider Electric.
Prior to joining Invensys, Greg worked ten years for the Ethyl Corporation where he held a series of senior positions in R&D, technical support and global accounts. Greg is a chemist by training and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Illinois and a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico. He is a resident of the UK and a dual US and UK national.

Vice President, Secure Power, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Marc Garner is the Vice President of Schneider Electric’s Secure Power Division in the UK and Ireland. In his role, Marc is responsible for leading a team of expert power professionals to support customers in data centres, server rooms, edge computing and mission-critical environments.
Marc is a 15 -year veteran of Schneider Electric having joined the company’s graduate training program after graduating from the University of Sunderland with an Honours Degree in Business Administration.
Marc has enjoyed a successful career at Schneider Electric in sales, marketing and leadership roles; achieving double digit year-on-year growth in his first position as a regional sales engineer and maintaining that level of performance to build a strong track record as National Sales Manager for the company’s Cable Management business and as National Sales Director for the Low Voltage business.
Marc is passionate about sustainability, people development and a customer-first approach to service. As lead of the UK’s Secure Power Division, he strongly believes in empowering and developing diverse teams to offer a breadth of skills, support and expertise to customers and partners.

Vice President, Power Products, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Stewart has over thirty years’ experience with Schneider Electric now leading the Power Products Division, after becoming Vice President in 2004. He joined the company as Marketing Manager, moving up to General Manager of Low Voltage Equipment, followed by National Commercial Manager of Buildings and Director of Power, before taking on his current position.
Stewart believes that our present is digital, and our future is electric. As our world becomes more connected and powered by clean energy, we must enable smart power infrastructure to drive electrical efficiency and safety.
Stewart is an industry expert, serving as a Board Member of BEAMA, as well as President of the Electrical Industries Charity. He is also a working party member of the Electrical Contractors Association, Voltimum, and Electrical Distributors Association.
He works to enable greater safety and standards across the industry. Ensuring electrical engineers have the right tools and training available to them, to carry out their jobs to the highest standards. In addition to helping to improve the ability of organisations to monitor the ongoing performance of their electrical Installations, reducing the risks and running costs associated with them.
He believes that digitisation is an enabler and will present a great opportunity to all, and from this, the electrical industry is set for enormous change with the Convergence of Technologies. The ability to extract meaningful data, aligning with the drive for Climate Change, Sustainability, and greater efficiency across the lifecycle of Installations. To take advantage of this the industry needs to consider the existing models, and their suitability to meet the growing needs of society and the users and embrace the change.

Vice President, Power Systems, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
David joined Schneider Electric in 2017 as Vice President of the Power Systems business unit across UK & Ireland. Formerly the Managing Director for Business Energy at ENGIE, David brings a wealth of experience in renewable electricity generation, energy management and energy efficiency to the role at Schneider. Prior to this he held senior leadership roles within SSE, EON, Severn Trent Water, AES and RWE Npower.
David is an electrical and electronics engineer and has spent much of his career operating in sales and marketing, business development, customer service and project management roles across manufacturing, retail, service and engineering sectors. Throughout this period, he has led businesses operating within the Residential, SME and Corporate segments.
David is passionate about cutting-edge green technology enabling the shift to a more sustainable and efficient energy landscape, in particular renewable generation, EVs, electric rail and shore-to-ship electric charging. He oversees the product development and roll out of SF6-free technologies for the UK market.

Vice President, Human Resources, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Colleen is VP HR for the UK and Ireland and is member of the Zone’s Executive Committee Management Team. She is responsible for the people agenda, looking to drive innovation, customer focus, leadership and team development.
Colleen brings significant experience from the Financial Services industry, having worked with Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Citi Bank amongst others, with experience in a number of business start-ups, including working for an IT Consultancy and an Asset Management company. Throughout her career Colleen has held numerous positions in HR and Learning & Development.
Colleen has a real passion for building diverse, inclusive and high-performing teams; creating a culture of openness and wellbeing; seeing people as individuals, as well as a key primary resource to the success of the business; and helping them achieve their maximum potential both for the business and for them personally.

Vice President, Digital Energy, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Kas has been with Schneider Electric for over a decade now, taking up the role of Vice President of Digital Energy, UK&I in March of 2020. Prior to joining Schneider he attended the University of Derby, where he received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology. At the start of his Schneider career, Kas worked in sales, before becoming BEMS Product and Marketing Director. Most recently, he worked for two years as the Midlands Regional Director.
Kas is passionate and committed to transforming and decarbonising buildings, whether new or old, with smart, sustainable solutions across energy generation, power, IoT and building services.
He believes that smart buildings are not only more comfortable and sustainable - but they also help to ensure that the most rigorous safety and health standards are being maintained and improve business performance through unlocking productivity and improving the employee value proposition.
