If you are using PL7 programming software with an ethernet module (TSXETY4103, TSXETY5103 for Premium, TSXETZ410, TSXETZ510 for Micro) if the number keys across the top of the keyboard do not respond when entering the IP address for the module:

To enter the IP address you must use the number keys on the numeric keypad part of your keyboard.
If you are using a laptop you may need to enable these keys using a Fn key / F key combination.

Note: This process is not necessary when using our current Unity software package.
