ATV61/71: How is a 2 wire, 4-20mA transducer wired to the drive?
Issue:
2 wire, 4-20mA transducer wiring.

Product line:
Altivar ATV61 and ATV71

Environment:
All models, all serial numbers

Cause:
A 2 wire transducer needs to be wired to the drive for a pressure feedback signal.

Resolution:
Wire the 2 wire transducer as follows:
The input to the transducer typically requires 10-30Vdc.  This may be wired to the VFD terminal +24 or to an external power supply.
The output of the transducer is wired to the VFD terminal AI2.
There is no ground reference connection to the VFD COM terminal.
Program the AI2 Configuration for 4-20mA.  See attached file.
