Register 2420

This register indicates which bits are currently active, or which bit-mapped inputs are marked as NA.

Bit 0 = Over I a - Validity (Status (Enabled or Disabled))
Bit 1 = Over I b - Validity (Status (Enabled or Disabled))
Bit 2 = Over I c - Validity (Status (Enabled or Disabled))
Bit 3 = Over I 4 - Validity (Status (Enabled or Disabled))
Bit 4 = Over V unbal - Validity (Status (Enabled or Disabled))
Bit 5 = Over kW sd - Validity (Status (Enabled or Disabled))

Register 2421

This register indicates the current state of the selected input (either True or False).

Bit 0 = Over I a - Current State (True or False)
Bit 1 = Over I b - Current State (True or False)
Bit 2 = Over I c - Current State (True or False)
Bit 3 = Over I 4 - Current State (True or False)
Bit 4 = Over V unbal - Current State (True or False)
Bit 5 = Over kW sd - Current State (True or False)

The following examples show the status and state of the Setpoint Modules for the related parameters using Data Mapping I/O Module.

Over I a
Over I b
Over I c
Over I 4
Over V unbal
Over kW sd

When all Setpoint Modules, including ‘Over I b,’ are disabled:

Setpoint Status and State-Disabled and Inactive

When only Setpoint Module 'Over Ib' is enabled with true state:

Setpoint Status and State-Enabled and true

In the first image, registers 2420 and 2421 display 0 for all bits, including Bit 1. Accordingly, the input registers, including Over I b, are marked as NA because the corresponding Setpoint Module was disabled.

In the second image, registers 2420 and 2421 display 1 only for Bit 1. This is because the setup register of the Setpoint Module 'Over I b' was changed to Enabled, and its output register indicates True, meaning the related alarm is active.
