Can I replace the front contact blocks on capacitor contactors?
No. The front contact blocks for LC1D*K contactors specifically designed for capacitor switching are a precoupling block with resistive wire connections which are specific to each type of capacitor switching contactor. This is to ensure that the front mounted auxiliary contacts close before the main contacts on the contactor. As a result, these front contact blocks are not supplied separately from the contactor.
Can I add additional standard auxiliary contact blocks to capacitor contactors?
Only side mounting blocks. Since it's not possible to fit a front mount auxiliary contact block, the only alternative will be to use the LAD8N11 side auxiliary block (max 1 per contactor, except the LC1DWK12 which will allow 2 blocks, one on each side)
