Which modular batteries can be used in the Galaxy VS All in One (AIO) model?

There are 7 Ah and 9 Ah batteries. Can they be mixed?

Cause:
Galaxy VS AIO model has the option to work with modular batteries.  The modular batteries are available for installation in the main frame as well as external battery frames for extended run time.  Modular battery options are 7 Ah and 9 Ah batteries.  This has raised questions on installation and operation.

Wide Frame UPS, Tall Frame UPS, and Modular Battery Cabinet:
7 Ah batteries - Not Validated. UPS will stay in constant battery fault alarm.
9 Ah batteries – Accepted and Approved

Narrow Frame UPS:
7 Ah batteries – Accepted and Approved
9 Ah batteries – Not Validated. UPS will stay in constant battery fault alarm.

Mixed Batteries in any system:
Forbidden.  UPS will stay in constant alarm.

The different types of batteries require different charging rates, current limits, and charging curves.  It is not possible to program different batteries into a UPS.

GVSBT4         Galaxy VS 7 Ah Smart Modular Battery String (4 modules)
GVSBTHU     Galaxy VS 9 Ah Smart High Capacity Battery (single module)
GVSBTH4      Galaxy VS 9 Ah Smart High Capacity Battery String (4 modules)


Resolution:
Install the proper rated batteries into the UPS.  Confirm battery types are not mixed.
