Is it possible to clear alarms and reset the SEPAM relay using the Logic Equation Editor or other way?

Sepam Series 20

The Sepam Series 20 does not have the Logic Equation Editor, so therefore it isn't possible to create logic to clear alarms or reset the Sepam Series 20. The only way of performing these functions in the Series 20 relay is using the Advanced UMI, SFT2841, or by sending commands via communications using SMS or a third-party supervisory software.

Sepam Series 40

The Sepam Series 40 does have the Logic Equation Editor, but the user is unable to create logic to clear alarms or reset the Sepam relay. The only output variables from "Circuit breaker control" that are available to the user are V_TRIPCB, V_CLOSECB and V_INHIBCLOSE. The only way the Sepam Series 40 can clear alarms or reset the Sepam relay is by  using the Advanced UMI, SFT2841, or by sending a reset command via communications using SMS or a third-party supervisory software.

Sepam Series 80

The Sepam Series 80 does have the Logic Equation Editor and the user is able to create logic to clear alarms or reset the Sepam relay. When using the "Editor Assistance", the user will be able to use two separate logic functions "V_Clear" & "V_Reset" which can be programmed to perform these desired tasks. These functions can be very useful when the user is experiencing nuisance alarms and would like to frequently clear them and reset the relay. These functions can also be performed using the Advanced UMI, SFT2841, or by sending a reset command via communications using SMS or a third-party supervisory software.
