How can a fault be reset on a ASi power supply?
Note: The ASiABL Range of Power supplies are no longer supplied by Schneider Electric, we no longer manufacture any ASi Power supplies. This FAQ is for information only. However, a German company Bihl and Wiedemann who specialise in ASi have cross-reference tables available for our power supplies. See link below:

Schneider Electric - Bihl+Wiedemann GmbH (bihl-wiedemann.de)

If the fault is an Overload or Short Circuit fault then the fault light will go off when the fault has cleared. This applies to the following ranges:
  • ASIABLB300*
  • ASIABLD300*
  • ASIABLM3024
If the fault indication appears on the ASIABLD300* power supplies (ASIABLD3002 & ASIABLD3004), it can be reset in two ways:
  • Press the Reset Button on the front of the PSU
  • Send a reset command by closing the contact on the unit, terminals +/-

Note : All faults should be cleared before resetting the unit.
Attached is an instruction sheet with the same information in a pictorial format
