Clarify the 'Normally Closed' and 'No Connection' pinouts for a 140DRC83000

Early Quantum IO Manual nomenclature for the 140DRC83000 was not clear when defining 'Normally Closed' and 'Not Connected' pinouts.  The manual used the symbol N/C for both conditions which could lead to incorrect wiring and confusion.

Updated versions of the Quantum IO Manual (12/2018) for the 140DRC83000 connections are indicated by:
Normally Closed = N.C.
Not Connected = N/C
Normally Open = N.O

The following diagram clearly defines each pinout.
