How to solve the stu/xvm loading failure on OFS wrapper 3.62 SP2 ?

STU/xvm error message
User could uninstall OFS wrapper>install OFS 3.63 SP1 >uninstall OFS3.63 SP1 >Install wrapper to solve this issue. During installation of OFS 3.63 SP1,  MSXML 4.0 SP3 will be automatically installed.
