EcoStruxure Power Commissioning : Error Code 1309

Patch installer which will resolve this issue .

Steps to unblock user who gets Error 1309 while installing EPC 2.23:

Uninstall EPC 2.23

Install patch version of EPC by accessing below mentioned box link where user will get installer (exe file)

4.  Restart machine
