What's new on M580 cybersecurity PLC SV4.01 - HTTPS & NTPV4
How FDR service is impacted by HTTPS ?
No change on FDR service in this release. Consequently, FTP server will be kept and reserved for this usage.

Will the DataStorage Files, via HTTPS connection, be accessible via Script Batch or only manually?
The same as FTP protocol, it is possible to write scripts to retrieve a file via HTTPS protocol. Script will have to provide credentials for authentication.

Can a system have mixed NTPV4 and NTPV3, or will every M580 firmware in the plant need to be upgraded at the same time to support NTPV4?
A NTP V4 server can answer to SNTP client requests. However a SNTP server cannot answer requests from NTVV4 clients .

How can  NTPV4 Client be used (via Service Port) in a Design of Multiple M580 PLCs, who each manage ERIO Drops (isolation of Service Port & ERIO Ports) ?
It is possible to configure the CPU as client and server. CPU can be synchronized by external NTPV4 servers, and then synchronize the ERIO drops.
