Why can't I downgrade the BMXNGD0100?
This is due to a new NAND Flash hardware component introduced in Product Version (PV) 27 and greater.
If you have a BMXNGD0100 that is PV27 or greater, the lowest acceptable firmware level is v4.10.The downgrade procedure will fail if you attempt to downgrade the firmware below v4.10 with a PV27 or greater.
