Unable to Connect PAS with Certain Mobile Devices (Motorola & Vivo)

If you're having trouble connecting to PAS using Motorola or Vivo smartphones, try the following:

  1. Disable Mobile Data:
    Turn off mobile data or temporarily disable the SIM card’s data connection
  2. Reconnect to PAS:
    After disabling mobile data, attempt to connect to PAS again—either by scanning the QR code or using the manual connection method.
